Developer Liaison

Bob Davis has served as liaison for developers and builders of single family, condominiums, landaminiums, condo office developments, high rise and commercial buildings. We can originate or proof documents and letters of intent to file with municipal, county and state government bodies and set up the association in behalf of the developer bringing the homeowners or commercial owners into the new association per the guidelines set forth in each state.

We will represent the builder or developer on the board, freeing the developer from time consuming meeting and on site visit and inspection involvement with the board. Clear and professional representation of the interest of both the developer and the board is a great way to move a new development along from developer control to responsible control by the board members of the association. This also eases the process of the movement of the developer out of the development at the end of construction and sales. It also frees the sales staff from involvement in community affairs and adds clarity to their role.
